10 – Clients, potential clients, and the general public must refrain from using the website or omapadotesouro.com’s social media channels to share inappropriate or sexual content, including defamatory or offensive comments, which may be considered unlawful and result in civil, professional, or criminal liability. Such content may be removed by the owner.

14 – In Human Design consulting/coaching services, the client’s data is essential. As such, errors, inaccuracies, or false information do not entitle the client to a refund or a new session, as these issues are not attributable to the owner.

15 – The owner does not sell any physical goods and is currently limited to providing Human Design consulting/coaching services, training, and related offerings.

16 – The owner allows the purchase of consulting services for a fee through the online store embedded in the website, using the available payment methods.

17 – The currently available services are listed on the website and already include the applicable legal taxes.

18 – If a client or potential client wishes to purchase services not listed on the website, they must contact the owner to arrange a service agreement that meets the applicable legal requirements.

19 – No refunds are permitted after the asynchronous session link for online consulting or training has been sent.

20 – Refunds are also not permitted for live (synchronous) sessions, as Human Design consulting involves preparatory chart analysis prior to the session date.

21 – It is possible to reschedule a consulting session if the client becomes unavailable on the originally scheduled date and time. The client must inform the owner as soon as possible so that a new session can be arranged, subject to availability.

22 – In the event of an error in the scheduled date or time, or misuse of the website, the client must contact the owner to reschedule the consulting service.

23 – After the service has been paid for, but with at least 15 days before the scheduled session, a refund may be issued.

24 – If the client chooses to cancel during a live (synchronous) session, no refund will be issued.

25 – All information shared on the omapadotesouro.com website and social media platforms, as well as newsletter subscriptions, is free of charge.

26 – The owner is not responsible for any loss or damage to free content from the website or social media channels. However, users are encouraged to report any errors or anomalies they detect.

27 – The owner is not liable for any losses suffered by clients, potential clients, or the general public due to third parties, including delays, interruptions, errors, or suspensions in communication beyond their control. This includes failures related to telecom network management, electronic communication channels used by the owner, computer systems, modems, connection software, or computer viruses and malware from infected file downloads.
